About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales growth to promote SaaS solutions for public sector organizations. Managing the sales cycle and building relationships with government entities, non-profits, and educational institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong focus on closing new business.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through proactive prospecting, including cold-calling, email outreach, and identifying RFP opportunities.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop deep insights into prospective customers' challenges, tailoring your approach to their specific needs. Serve as a problem solver for the customer.
  • Recognize and handle predictable concerns that arise as conversation moves closer to decision.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate the value of our solutions to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Professional Interactions: Foster positive relationships with key decision-makers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and leads.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Euna’s products and services.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Collaborate with Sales Directors to prepare quotes, and manage negotiation strategies to finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
  • CRM Management: Record and update all activities in the CRM to maintain an organized and transparent sales process.
  • Time Management: Efficiently plan your schedule to maximize client engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Feedback Sharing: Provide client insights to product and service teams to inform enhancements and strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a business development or sales role with a proven track record of success owning a designated territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of and experience selling to local governments, municipalities, or public sector entities is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, from analysts to C-level executives.
