About the role

  • Account Executive in fast-growing AI startup working on the sales of an AI-supported SaaS product. Responsible for entire sales cycle, building relationships and expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Actively drive the growth of the AI-supported SaaS product and be responsible for the entire sales process
  • Identify and convince potential customers in close cooperation with management and product team
  • Develop strategic sales approaches and build long-term relationships
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from initial approach to closing
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with a focus on international expansion
  • Conduct product demos and negotiations with C-level decision-makers
  • Use CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze sales activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the AI or software sector
  • Hunter mentality with proven success in closing
  • Familiar with strategic sales methods (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales)
  • Ability to explain complex solutions simply
  • Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches is a big plus
  • Native English speaker or excellent English proficiency
