About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and close.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts and verticals.
  • Execute consultative discovery to deeply understand prospects’ challenges and position ShippyPro’s value proposition effectively.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding and handoff experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets, contributing to ShippyPro’s growth trajectory in Italy.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasting, and pipeline progression in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and motivated by the challenge of breaking into new accounts and verticals
  • Ability to partner with Marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion
  • Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
