Construir relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisiones clave: directores financieros, gerentes administrativos, y ejecutivos de alto nivel
Ejecutar estrategias de venta ágiles, enfocadas en ciclos de decisión cortos y cierres efectivos
Presentar nuestras soluciones RCM de forma clara y convincente, enfocándote en su impacto financiero y operativo
Preparar y negociar propuestas personalizadas alineadas a las necesidades del cliente
Ampliar y fortalecer tu red de contactos dentro del ecosistema de salud
Participar activamente en ferias, eventos del sector y encuentros con stakeholders clave
Aplicar tu conocimiento del sistema de salud colombiano para detectar oportunidades comerciales y responder a cambios regulatorios o tendencias del sector
Alcanzar (¡y superar!) los objetivos de ventas mensuales y trimestrales
Reportar y mantener actualizado el pipeline de oportunidades
Requirements
Experiencia en administración en el sector salud
Conocimiento en procesos administrativos en salud como: facturación, cuentas médicas, radicación
Formación en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía o afines
Entendimiento del sistema de salud colombiano
Experiencia en ventas consultivas con enfoque en ciclo corto
