About the role

  • Account Executive supporting client campaigns and maintaining relationships at Primal marketing agency. Engaging with high-performing brands and contributing to digital marketing success in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in maintaining client relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
  • Assist with preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations for client updates.
  • Participate in client calls or meetings to take notes, follow up on actions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign activities are executed efficiently.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, campaign tracking, and process compliance.
  • Support the team in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, digital marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
