Responsibilities
💡 Here, you will:
Strategic and Complex Sales: Manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CEOs, Procurement) and larger agencies.
Evangelize the Globo Ecosystem: Sell the full portfolio, including TV (linear and connected TV) and special projects, positioning Eletromidia as a business partner, not just a media outlet.
Account Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for each client in the portfolio, identifying opportunities to capture share of wallet from other media.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor moves and consumer trends to proactively propose solutions to clients.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Experience in consultative advertising sales
Established network with mid/large agencies and direct advertisers
Strategic business vision: ability to discuss ROI, branding and performance with C-level executives
Strong analytical skills to cross-reference audience data
