About the role

  • Senior Sales Consultant driving active sales cycles for Afya's medical practice solutions. Engaging clients through consultative meetings and strategic prospecting in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted, strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Lead consultative meetings, uncovering each client's pain points, needs and opportunities.
  • Deeply qualify leads.
  • Manage the sales funnel autonomously, ensuring predictability and a high conversion rate.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with the customer's journey and maturity.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive the process through to close, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
  • Act as a technical reference for the team, mentor junior sellers and support internal training.
  • Contribute strategic insights to improve processes, segmentation, ICP and sales messaging.
  • Use CRM at an advanced level, monitoring KPIs, metrics and sales projections.
  • Collaborate with areas such as Marketing, CX/CS and Product to ensure alignment and generate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in outbound sales, preferably in the B2P market.
  • Mastery of consultative selling techniques and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Advanced use of CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong persuasion skills.
  • Organized, disciplined and able to manage pipeline / committed to continuous learning.
