  • Retain and manage major market accounts within Capital Blue Cross service area.
  • Collaborate with brokers and consultants to execute strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
  • Conduct customizable employee group meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of health care industry experience, project management, or sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health license required within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong detail orientation and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build business relationships.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of insurance products and their regulations.
  • Working knowledge of claims processing and account administration.
