Sales Representative achieving sales goals and consulting surgeons on Arthrex products in a dynamic environment. Maintain customer relationships and develop effective sales and marketing strategies in assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within assigned territory
Establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments
Maintain expert knowledge of Arthrex's market-leading product portfolio
Consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures
Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to meet/exceed objectives
Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available
Support compliance and principles of responsibility by maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy, and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
Prior sales experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
Strong public speaking and communication skills
Current driver’s license and access to your own transportation
