Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Engage with prospective customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the value of products and services to potential customers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Facilitate meetings and calls between prospects and the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, present, and execute marketing campaigns, reporting results to internal teams.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1) and professional English (B2+) required.
  • Passion for sales and business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in business development or sales, ideally in the SaaS sector.
  • Ability to adopt a solutions-oriented sales approach and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.io) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in technology and innovation.
  • Ability to prospect independently and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Passport/ID from a European country or Irish residence card.
