Business Development Representative responsible for identifying new business opportunities for company growth. Engaging with potential clients and contributing to team’s sales success in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Contribute to the overall success of our sales pipeline.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate data.
Sell to existing and potential accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners.
Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan as needed.
Requirements
Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a sales representative with inside sales.
Proven work experience of 1+ years in outbound calling, social media, and prospecting.
Work experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative of 1-2 years is a plus.
Account management and relationship-building experience are preferred.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to excel both individually and as a Team Player.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
