About the role

  • Account Coordinator in a fast-growing Canadian advertising company. Supporting client services with project management, campaign coordination, and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Working alongside our Associates and Account Directors as one of the main points of contact for clients, attending meetings, preparing meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Project Management: Maintaining timelines, deliverables, and status documents to ensure smooth execution across internal teams.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Associates and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather inputs, coordinate next steps, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the trafficking and reporting of performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist with pulling campaign performance data, checking reports for accuracy, and surfacing key insights.
  • Media Operations: Liaise with vendors on requests for proposals, media bookings, and asset delivery.
  • Presentation Prep: Contribute to client decks and internal documents with data, research, and updates.

Requirements

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related client service role.
  • Knowledge across performance marketing (search, social, video, programmatic) and/or creative project management in an agency setting would be an asset.
  • Experience with project management tools would be an asset – we use Asana, Slack and the G-Suite of products internally.
  • Brings strong organizational skills and enjoys keeping projects on track – this is an absolute must for this role.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills – you can QA a document like no other and spot errors before they become issues.
  • Communicates clearly, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams and clients.
  • Is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
