About the role

  • Paid Ads Manager responsible for optimizing social ad campaigns at ZweiDigital GmbH, a leading social ads agency. Collaborating with design teams and managing client projects in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with our design team, you conceptualize campaigns for your clients and routinely optimize them for maximum performance
  • You monitor campaign performance and learn from the results
  • You take responsibility for overall project management and act as the primary contact for your clients
  • You participate in internal initiatives, such as workshops or process optimizations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in social ads, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads
  • Several years of experience in project management and client-facing roles
  • Proficient with tools and systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good command of German
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Strong team spirit and motivation
