Responsibilities
In collaboration with our design team, you design campaigns for your clients and routinely optimize them for maximum performance, preferably on LinkedIn but also on Meta and Google
You conceptualize, create, and test various social ads strategies together with your clients, drawing on your experience
You monitor campaign performance and learn from the results
You take responsibility for overall project management and act as the primary point of contact for your clients
You contribute to internal initiatives, such as participating in and running workshops, process optimizations, training measures, or writing engaging blog posts
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in social ads, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads
Several years of experience in project management and in client-facing roles
Proficient with tools and systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Your analytical instincts allow you to consistently derive the right actions for your clients
Articulate with a strong command of German
Good command of English
