Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the execution of key HR processes, initiatives, and governance activities across the HR function
Support HR projects and operational priorities to help ensure smooth execution of programs and day-to-day team activities
Manage HR operational requests, administrative workflows, and escalations to support timely and consistent service delivery
Act as an operational connector between Talent Acquisition and the broader HR team to facilitate coordination and collaboration
Support the end-to-end offer-to-hire lifecycle to ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or a related HR support function
Bilingual in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Experience coordinating multiple HR and talent-related processes and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with HR and/or Talent Acquisition systems such as ATS, CRM, HRIS, or related platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
