About the role

  • HR data processing tasks such as payroll data input and document preparation at Evonik. Building relationships within the internal client organization and resolving queries.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed
  • Advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed
  • Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports
  • Input payroll data to support the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization
  • Resolve queries from internal or external customers by providing information on policies and/or procedures

Requirements

  • High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
  • Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
  • Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision
  • Provides technical guidance when required
  • Works without supervision on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities
  • Supports business processes without supervision using standard office equipment and software packages
  • Motivates employees to learn, grow and develop with guidance
  • Develops appropriate plans or performs necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements
  • Analyzes data trends for use in reports to guide decision making
