Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related questions
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
Support HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business objectives
Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster a positive and inclusive culture
Ensure compliance with HR policies, Portuguese labor law, and employee relations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
3–4 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR regulations
Previous experience in start-ups or product companies
Excellent communication skills
Highly autonomous, proactive, and hands-on
Fluent in English (mandatory)
