About the role

  • HR Specialist providing day-to-day support and managing HR processes in a partner company. Fostering a positive culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related questions
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
  • Support HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster a positive and inclusive culture
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, Portuguese labor law, and employee relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR regulations
  • Previous experience in start-ups or product companies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and hands-on
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
