Responsibilities
You keep our HR project portfolio running and ensure that strategic and operational projects progress according to plan
Independently lead HR (digitalization) projects — from initial analysis through concept phase to implementation
Ensure schedules and budgets, plan workshops, moderate meetings, and closely coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Responsibility for project reporting and controlling, tracking project progress, KPIs, and milestones
Identify optimization opportunities in our HR processes
Requirements
University degree with several years of relevant experience in traditional and/or agile project management, ideally with a strong focus on HR or digitalization projects
Proven experience not only coordinating digitalization projects but also shaping them substantively (e.g., process design, testing, specifications, system implementation)
Excellent MS Office skills, confident use of collaboration tools, and very good English skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to execute, convincing communication and presentation skills, and a pronounced team orientation
