Responsibilities
Drive and increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, through adapted tools, processes, and data empowerment
Ownership of resource planning and conduct sales training programs using collaboration tools
Enforce adoption of digital tools and processes across the sales organization
Create regional alignment and coordination with the Regional Commercial Excellence team
Track and steer metrics such as customer-facing activity, performance vs target & technology adoption, productivity, competency mgmt. in the sales organization
Lead and manage digital & transformational projects developed for the sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Deep understanding of the sales process, the customer journey, and changing buyer behaviors
Expert in the sales methodology and technology
Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales enablement roles in similar industry (Automotive, Industrial, FMCG, Building materials, Healthcare, Telecom, Oil/Gas)
Automotive aftermarket experience preferred, but not mandatory
Experience in coordination, presentation, and project management skills
Experience in implementation of business integration projects will be a plus
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams with strong communication skills and relationship management
Hands-on experience in CRM platforms mandatory (preferably Salesforce)
Business fluent English and Turkish speaking level.
