Responsibilities
Structured and intensive onboarding into our sales department with support through mentoring, job shadowing and training, aiming to assume permanent market responsibility after 12 to 24 months
In the interim, performing tasks within our Used Crane Sales division
Acquisition, advising and support of our customers and branch offices in used crane sales
Preparation of quotations and conducting negotiations through to contract completion
Administrative and organizational tasks in inside sales
Monitoring financing and incoming payments and coordinating deliveries with the shipping department
Participation in trade shows, sales events and promotional activities
Preparation of competitor and market analyses
Requirements
Completed further training or a degree in a business or technical field
Strong interest in sales and enjoyment in interacting with customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a pronounced customer focus in German and English
High self-motivation, team spirit and willingness to travel
Confident user of MS Office and modern communication tools
Additional language skills are an advantage
