About the role

  • People & Culture Operations Lead managing HR transactions and operational processes for Zayo. Collaborating closely with HR teams and providing day-to-day operational support in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee appointments to verify and complete I-9 documentation according to federal guidelines
  • Project manage operational execution of workforce initiatives
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality within HR systems; resolving and leading complex issues
  • Serve as a lead or contributing partner on HR-related projects
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, leaders, managers, employees, and cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of HR operations experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Experience with I-9 administration and requirements, E-Verify experience preferred
  • Experience with workforce optimization, reduction, and alignment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
