People & Culture Operations Lead managing HR transactions and operational processes for Zayo. Collaborating closely with HR teams and providing day-to-day operational support in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities
Coordinate employee appointments to verify and complete I-9 documentation according to federal guidelines
Project manage operational execution of workforce initiatives
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality within HR systems; resolving and leading complex issues
Serve as a lead or contributing partner on HR-related projects
Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, leaders, managers, employees, and cross-functional partners
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of HR operations experience
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred)
Experience with I-9 administration and requirements, E-Verify experience preferred
Experience with workforce optimization, reduction, and alignment
Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
