About the role

  • Senior Specialist managing global payroll operations and employee data, contributing to HR solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Registration and maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
  • Maintenance of organizational structure
  • Absence /attendance registration and handling
  • Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
  • Preparation and delivery of reports
  • Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
  • Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation
  • Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive
  • Solving problems and serving as case manager

Requirements

  • Deep multi process skills in operations
  • Ability to register and maintain employee data
  • Experience in payroll processes
