About the role

  • Payroll Mitarbeiter ensuring timely processing of payroll for 300 employees at Getränke Essmann KG. Engaging in personal administration and serving as a crucial point of contact for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and timely preparation of payroll, including all ancillary tasks, for a defined area of responsibility (approx. 300 employees)
  • Administration of time management systems and handling of related processes
  • Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
  • Point of contact for employees, social insurance institutions and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
  • Execution of reporting and certification processes, including correspondence with tax offices and government agencies
  • Preparation of analyses and statistics for monthly reporting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent (e.g., in business administration)
  • Professional experience in payroll processing
  • Solid knowledge of payroll matters (tax and social security law, occupational pension schemes, travel expense accounting, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
  • High level of initiative, structured and careful working style, and strong team skills
