- Lead the end‑to‑end payroll process for the UK
- Oversee statutory requirements and audit data integrity
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers

- Optimize processes to support Reckitt’s evolving workforce
- Sync the payroll process with Global Payroll principles
- Review, Correct and Prevent errors within payroll
- Report the financial impact of errors & data breaches
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role in UK
- Proven managerial skills with respect to payroll delivery
- Adept at Change Management and Communications
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of one or more of the Payroll application systems preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated attitude for acquiring new technical skills in data reporting
- Ability to communicate with all Global stakeholders in English
