About the role

  • Payroll Manager handling payroll processing and personnel management duties for diverse clients. Collaborating with members to ensure compliance with social declarations and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect variable payroll elements from our clients
  • Enter and prepare payslips using Silae
  • Social declarations and DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative)
  • Manage personnel administration from onboarding (hiring declarations, registration with social agencies) to offboarding (employment certificates, final settlements)
  • Handle a multi-collective-agreement client portfolio and maintain regular contact with clients

Requirements

  • Payroll manager with at least 2 years’ experience in an accounting firm
  • Minimum Bac+2 education (BTS, DUT, Payroll Manager certification)
  • Strong foundation in employment law
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and service-oriented mindset
