- Senior Consultant for SAP HCM Payroll at Zalaris; leading complex client projects in payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
- Übernahme einer Schlüsselrolle in der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte – von der Konzeption bis zur Bereitstellung
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und Beratung während des gesamten Projektverlaufs hinsichtlich Prozessdesign und Lösungsfunktionalität
- Moderation von Workshops zur Anforderungserfassung und Lösungsdesign im SAP HCM Payroll-Kontext
- Dokumentation von Anforderungen, Geschäftsprozessen und Testplänen
- Einrichtung von Kundenumgebungen und Durchführung von Cutover und Migration
- Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP HCM Payroll sowie Schemen und Regeln
- Unterstützung bei Schnittstellen und dem Zusammenspiel mit anderen Modulen und Anwendungen
- Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
- Durchführung von Wissenstransfer und Übergabe an Support-Teams
- Mitarbeit bei Angebotserstellung und Aufwandsschätzungen
- Aktualisierung des Fachwissens zu deutscher Payroll
- Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Wissenstransfer im Team
- Pflege von Demosystemen und Unterstützung bei Release-Prozessen
Requirements
- Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Payroll-Beratung
- Tiefes Verständnis von Payroll-Prozessen und deren gesetzlichen Anforderungen in Deutschland
- Neugierig auf die Transition zu Employee Central Payroll
- Projektmanagement-Kompetenz und Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Innovation
