About the role

  • Junior HR Data Administration Specialist maintaining payroll processes for business customers at Zalaris in a supportive team environment. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and handle service requests using SAP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain payroll processes for business customers.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws.
  • Registration of payroll data input (e.g. travel expenses, tax changes, reimbursements, etc)
  • Compiling reports for customer
  • Handling service requests through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
  • Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, paired with a proactive and adaptable attitude
  • A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): Prior experience in accounting or data management Relevant education in finance, economics, or business Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems
