About the role

  • IT Support role providing technical assistance and resolving software and hardware issues for clients. Maintaining systems and ensuring smooth operational processes in a dynamic IT service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
  • Maintain systems to ensure smooth operation
  • Assist users with their technical problems
  • Analyze and support customers' software issues
  • Help users with IT questions and problems
  • Install and maintain software
  • Identify and resolve technical faults
  • Log, manage, and coordinate support requests
  • Handle customers' technical inquiries
  • Train users on our software products
  • Design and deliver technical workshops, both on-site and virtually
  • Support our consulting team
  • Coordinate our release deliveries
  • Take responsibility for operational processes
  • Support software testing

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT management assistant (Kaufmann/-frau für Informationsmanagement) or as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), ideally with experience in a fintech company, bank, or insurance
  • Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support
  • High self-motivation and an independent, structured approach to work
  • Enjoys tinkering and finding new solutions
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • German language skills at least at C1 level; good English skills are a plus
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a strong solution orientation
