Log, manage, and coordinate support requests
Handle customers' technical inquiries

Design and deliver technical workshops, both on-site and virtually
Support our consulting team
Coordinate our release deliveries
Take responsibility for operational processes

Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT management assistant (Kaufmann/-frau für Informationsmanagement) or as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), ideally with experience in a fintech company, bank, or insurance
Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support
High self-motivation and an independent, structured approach to work
Enjoys tinkering and finding new solutions
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications
German language skills at least at C1 level; good English skills are a plus
