About the role

  • Sales Representative for Ethicon Endo Mech Energy at Johnson & Johnson focusing on clinical sales and customer relations. Engaging with surgical professionals to enhance medical device applications in the operating room.

Responsibilities

  • Representing the SURGERY brand with empathy and commitment is your core responsibility.
  • Clinical customer support.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasers and other decision-makers.
  • Providing comprehensive sales and product consultation to existing and new customers.
  • Conducting product trainings, e.g. laparoscopy courses or user trainings.
  • Sales and territory responsibility.
  • Accountability for total sales within the defined sales territory.
  • Implementing product and marketing strategies and introducing product innovations.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally in a clinical environment, or training in the OR area or in medical technology.
  • A degree in business administration, health management or a natural science is an advantage.
  • Confident use of IT tools, especially MS Office.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
