About the role

  • Sales Executive in a pet health startup leading all stages of B2B sales cycle. Seeking a proactive candidate with experience in corporate benefits and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential companies for B2B partnerships
  • Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Qualify leads and understand customer needs
  • Hold sales meetings and present the solution
  • Build proposals and lead negotiations through to contract closing
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel
  • Work with sales targets and KPIs
  • Handoff to the team responsible for customer relationship management
  • Keep the CRM updated and monitor sales metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process

Requirements

  • Experience selling corporate benefits, services or B2B solutions
  • Experience with outbound prospecting
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented profile
