Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide strategic oversight for key accounts with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute integrated communications plans across PR, social, and digital platforms.
  • Foster client relationships and proactively address issues.
  • Prepare detailed client reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Provide effective leadership and mentorship to account teams.
  • Identify opportunities to increase agency revenue and participate in new business pitches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years agency experience in a senior account management/director role focused on CPG brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the public relations and communications landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
