Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated communications plans across PR, social, and digital platforms.
Foster client relationships and proactively address issues.
Prepare detailed client reports with insights and recommendations.
Provide effective leadership and mentorship to account teams.
Identify opportunities to increase agency revenue and participate in new business pitches.
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years agency experience in a senior account management/director role focused on CPG brands.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the public relations and communications landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
