Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing actions and campaigns across digital channels (website, app, and marketplace), ensuring alignment with brand positioning and a focus on performance.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities and develop strategies that drive sales.
  • Serve as a point of contact between Youcom marketing and related departments, ensuring consistency in brand communications across digital channels.
  • Participate in building the monthly communications and action calendar for the website and app, with a focus on branding, fashion, conversion, and performance.
  • Prepare briefs for digital assets such as banners and other creatives.
  • Upload materials and campaign assets to digital channel platforms.
  • Monitor sales performance daily, providing analyses and recommendations for improvements.
  • Produce performance reports for banners and campaigns on digital channels.
  • Execute tasks related to affiliate programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Fashion.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, retail, and youth culture.
  • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
  • Keen eye for trends and cultural movements.
  • Preferred: knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in retail or e-commerce.
