Responsibilities
- Perform technical support activities within the engineering area, responsible for updating billing data and charge calculations;
- Assist in monitoring and controlling operations related to power supply, ensuring processes are carried out in accordance with subscription contracts;
- Interact with utility companies to ensure compliance with regulations, deadlines, and contractual requirements;
- Collaborate on initiatives to improve internal operational processes, aiming to optimize service and customer experience;
- Ensure management and tracking of invoices and client cost allocations;
- Handle collections and issuance of payment slips (boletos);
- Manage registration and records of associates.
Requirements
- Enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate directly with clients
- Availability to work 30 hours per week.
