Responsibilities
- oversee the 2nd shift of manufacturing of custom electronics and/or electronic systems
- prioritize production schedules based on product design release, equipment efficiency, personnel resources and materials supply
- communicate within the organization to explain status and future expectations
- lead and direct the work of the production team comprised of manufacturing/assembly professionals
- provide input on hiring, firing, promotion, performance and/or compensation decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- At least Six (6) years relevant work experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Proven leadership and management capability
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance
