About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts while developing growth strategies in digital performance marketing. Engaging closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio across multiple service areas
  • Proactive identification of growth potential as well as cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Independent responsibility for pitches, proposal processes and tenders
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction through regular reviews, transparent communication and a solution-oriented approach
  • Close collaboration with internal specialist teams to implement integrated strategies
  • Preparation and presentation of reports and decision documents for clients and stakeholders
  • Contract and terms negotiations: contributing to proposals, pricing strategies and contract signings
  • Relationship management at decision-maker level: building and maintaining long-term partnerships with C-level executives and budget holders
  • Representing MAIxpose360 at events, client meetings and industry conferences

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in the digital environment (e.g. Online Marketing, Digital Sales, consulting)
  • Excellent rhetorical skills, strong communication and a confident presence—whether by phone, in presentations or in person
  • You have a good sense for business perspectives and strategic consulting without diving into day-to-day operational tasks
  • You have an eye for compelling presentations and design
  • Ideally, you are familiar with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and common sales methodologies
  • You speak fluent German (C2 level); good English is an advantage
  • A self‑directed, reliable and goal‑oriented way of working comes naturally to you
  • You enjoy taking direct client contact and shaping relationships sustainably
  • You are open to hybrid working and willing to work at least 2 days per week at one of our locations (Augsburg, Hamburg, Berlin)
