About the role
- Wundmanager role in specialized home care addressing chronic wound treatment and patient support. Responsibility includes wound care, documentation, and patient training while collaborating with care providers.
Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, care and training of patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible work approach
- Driving license (Class B)
