About the role
- Wundmanager providing specialized wound care services in Germany, focusing on chronic and difficult to heal wounds. Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers for optimal treatment.
Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close cooperation with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription processing and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional
- Experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
