Responsibilities
Responsible for upkeep of contract records, preparing change orders, as-built drawings and processing contractors’ payments
Assist the Project Administrator in office related duties (i.e., MAC, progress meetings, monthly and final estimates, EEO compliance, data upload, submittal tracking, staff certifications)
Review and approve daily inspection reports
Monitor construction costs and negotiate prices for contract modifications with contractors
Write or supervise preparation of reports and correspondence
Document pertinent project activities for accurate records
Requirements
Contract Support experience in the Orlando, FL area
High School Diploma or Equivalent with Final Estimate Level 1 & 2
Four (4) years of road & bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience
Civil Engineering Degree preferred
Experienced with standard word processing and data management software
Valid driver's license
Satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
