About the role

  • B2B Sales Executive building relationships with employers for diverse talent acquisition. Driving sales growth with a focus on social impact in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with employers
  • Acquiring new clients and providing long-term account management
  • Developing and optimizing Revenue Operations
  • Implementing lead generation together with the marketing team
  • Identifying influencers and referral partners to expand the sales network
  • Negotiating contracts and partnerships

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR is a plus
  • Drive and a demonstrable track record of results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
  • Very good command of English
  • Team player with a positive attitude
