Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and qualify Pro A/V integration opportunities
Lead business discovery to understand client goals, constraints, budgets, and timelines
Build trusted relationships across education, performance venues, corporate, and worship markets
Shape scope in collaboration with Sales Design Engineers
Own pricing strategy, proposal development, and margin discipline
Present proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts
Close projects responsibly and prepare them for structured handoff
Requirements
5+ years of Pro A/V integration or technical sales experience
Proven ability to manage pipeline and complex deal cycles
Comfortable working with architects, consultants, owners, and end users
Able to discuss technical concepts at a high level - without stepping into design
