Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading strategic, change management initiatives at a Software as a Service or Public Cloud company
- 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing and global teams
- 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff at a SaaS or Public Cloud company
- Ability to drive collaboration and resolve conflict within the team
- Strong executive presence, facilitation, and communications skills
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. CPA preferred
- Experience in global roles across US, EMEA and APJ markets
- Ability to simplify and ruthlessly prioritize their own work and that of the team
