Responsibilities
Revenue responsibility: You are responsible for the sales and financial results of your physical key accounts and manage all activities to sustainably increase sales.
Sales strategy: You develop innovative go-to-market strategies across all channels and initiate product collaborations and targeted sales initiatives to keep our content consistently visible in retail.
Commercial insights & data: You analyze sell-through figures, market shares and product performance — not just as reporting, but as a compass for smart optimizations. Through continuous reporting and a constant eye on competitors, you anticipate market trends early and proactively steer our sales performance to success.
Partnership & networking: You maintain relationships with key accounts, present release highlights and strategies on an equal footing, and confidently negotiate terms, promotions and purchase quantities.
Collaboration & advisory: As an interface, you interact with marketing, labels, logistics and our international teams. You actively support our teams with your market input for assessments and innovative product development.
