Coordinates and implements the learning solution with some delivery responsibilities
Measures the effectiveness of the learning solution and reports back to management
Designs and develops training materials and programs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or similar area of study
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years relevant work experience
7 years of prior work experience including experience managing a high-performance work team
