About the role
- Learning and Development Facilitator in a hybrid role for Dynata, focusing on curriculum delivery and training solutions. Collaborating with global partners and assessing learning effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage the learning through effective facilitation processes
- Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered
- Access and collaborate with other expert resources to deliver training
- Work with global L&D partners and regional leaders to align learning deliverables with strategic business needs
- Assess performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness
- Work with managers to support trainees' transfer of learning to the workplace
- Conduct needs analyses to create the optimal learner experience
- Provide input to the Learning and Development strategy
- Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience
- Participate with the global L&D team in the development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions
- Design and create activities and learning content to support the curriculum
- Determine audience needs and flex program delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a learning Facilitator or HR Business Partner
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Ability to create an inclusive learning environment
- Good facilitation skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Technically savvy, with a passion for digital learning
