Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between Technology and the business for new systems and enhancements.
- Conducts advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments, cost/benefit analysis, project scoping, and requirements documentation.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to junior analysts.
- Leads requirements gathering and analysis for large projects.
- Ensures clear documentation of business needs and communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinates with users to determine business and user requirements and functional specifications.
- Oversees project documentation quality and library maintenance.
- Coordinates with QE for test plans and user acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced requirements analysis skills.
- Leadership abilities to mentor junior BAs.
- Advanced technical understanding of IT systems, databases, cloud technology, and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Risk management capabilities.
- Change management skills.
- CCBA or CBAP certification preferred.
- SQL ability preferred.
