Responsibilities
Generate a qualified sales pipeline through structured outbound engagement.
Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts.
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context and next steps.
Serve as a point of contact for senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of IT) on topics such as security, compliance and data sovereignty.
Identify and validate key use cases (e.g., GDPR, crisis communication, shadow IT replacement).
Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and track activities and outcomes.
Work closely with marketing on campaigns, messaging and lead follow-up.
Continuously refine outreach based on performance and feedback.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as an SDR, in outbound sales, or in high-activity customer-facing roles.
Proven track record of meeting activity and meeting targets.
Strong cold-calling experience (especially on the phone).
Experience with multi-channel pitching (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Ability to challenge and engage senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English and German.
Preferred qualifications: experience in B2B SaaS environments, exposure to cybersecurity, compliance or IT-related topics, and experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., public sector, financial services, legal, or critical infrastructure).
Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar.
