About the role

  • Werkstudent Sales Development Representative responsible for lead generation and customer contact. Supporting marketing and sales teams to optimize processes in logistics software development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & research
  • Identify and research potential customers and key contacts
  • Analyze markets and trends and contribute your own ideas for customer outreach
  • Initial contact & acquisition
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers (by phone and digitally)
  • Conduct telephone (cold) outreach
  • Analyze needs and qualify leads for the further sales process
  • CRM & collaboration
  • Independently maintain your deals in the CRM
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to continuously improve our processes
  • Support trade shows and events to generate new contacts

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a university degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
  • You enjoy making calls and are comfortable with cold calling
  • Your openness and sociability help you succeed in customer-facing situations
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently characterize you
  • Confident user of MS Office is required; initial experience with Pipedrive is helpful but not mandatory
