About the role

  • Executive Assistant handling CRM and administrative tasks for property development operations. Focusing on reducing workload and supporting sales teams with various responsibilities remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce Andrew’s workload by delegating operational, CRM, and administrative tasks
  • CRM management (lead tracking, pipeline cleanup, templates)
  • Property Shell stock and inventory updates
  • Lead management and follow-ups
  • Research on property areas and infrastructure
  • Document and template creation for sales teams
  • Marketing support and presentations
  • Admin support and coordination
  • Occasional client communication and qualifying calls

Requirements

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
  • High level Reading/Comprehension | Needs to understand property documentation, CRM data, and instructions with minimal guidance
  • High quality Written | Will create documents, templates, emails, and sales materials
  • Neutral / clear accent preferred Speak | Will communicate with clients, agents, and internal team when needed
