Responsibilities
You act as a results-oriented and competent HR Business Partner for leaders, advising them holistically on both operational and strategic HR matters.
As an equal-level sparring partner, you support leaders on performance-related topics such as leadership, change processes, organizational and team development, and in the strategic design and implementation of compensation and governance processes.
With forward-looking concepts for succession planning, knowledge transfer and development models, you actively shape sustainable personnel structures and support leaders in addressing long-term demographic and structural changes.
You are responsible for individual personnel measures across the entire employee life cycle and work constructively, solution-oriented and with trust alongside employee representatives.
In addition, you accompany the recruitment process end-to-end – from strategic manpower planning and job profiling to sourcing strategies and successful onboarding of new employees.
Requirements
You hold a degree, e.g. in Business Administration (focus on HR/Organization), Work and Organizational Psychology or an equivalent qualification, complemented by several years of relevant HR experience and appropriate further training.
You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an industrial company within the metal and electrical industry.
You think strategically and analytically while never losing sight of implementation – your decisions are based on numbers, data and facts.
You are proactive, take responsibility and work consistently with a results-oriented approach.
You are confident using digital HR tools and common office applications in your daily work.
Teamwork is more than a buzzword for you: even in challenging situations you remain composed and find pragmatic solutions.
With strong facilitation, presentation and conflict-resolution skills, you bring people together and drive things forward.
