Responsibilities
Create and maintain talent pools and pipelines for upcoming hiring needs;
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Managers to determine position requirements;
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads;
Proactively manage and conduct phone interviews;
Ensure excellent candidate experiences during the recruitment process;
Work on improving sourcing processes, inbound hires and other projects;
Measure conversion rates and report on performance.
Requirements
Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles;
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Skills in process organization, time and expectation management;
Proven motivation and interest in recruitment and HR;
Can-do attitude and positivity;
Passion for testing new opportunities and desire to think out of the box;
Being tech-savvy.
